What we collect

• When you enquire or book: name, mobile number, email, travel dates, party size and anything you tell us about your trip.
• When you create an account: the above, plus what you choose to add to your profile — city, date of birth, nationality and passport details.
• When you book international travel: passport details and traveller names, because airlines, hotels and visa authorities require them.
• When you pay: our payment gateway handles your card or bank details. We receive only a confirmation and a transaction reference. We never see or store your card number.
• When you browse: standard technical data such as pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, and device type.

Why we use it

• To quote, confirm and deliver the travel you asked for
• To contact you about your booking, including while you travel
• To meet legal and tax obligations in India
• To improve the site and the itineraries we suggest

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to deliver your trip or run the site:

• Travel suppliers — airlines, hotels, destination management companies, transfer and tour operators, cruise lines. This often means sending passport details abroad, because that is what the booking requires.
• Payment gateway — to process payments and refunds.
• Technology providers — our hosting, database and email providers, who store data on our behalf under contract.
• Authorities — where the law requires it.

Data sent outside India

Booking travel abroad necessarily means sending your details to suppliers in that country. Some of our technology providers also store data outside India. We share only what a booking requires.

AI-generated itineraries

When you use our trip planner, what you type is sent to an AI provider to generate the itinerary. Do not include passport numbers, card details or anything similarly sensitive in those messages — they are not needed and should not be there.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up, then deleted. Account data stays until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it for legal reasons
• Stop sending you marketing messages

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site — including staying logged in — will stop working.

Security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with access limited to people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passport copies or payment details over unencrypted email or messaging apps.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be told to you directly.
