Refund & Cancellation Policy

How booking works
When you book tours or transfers on this site, you pay an advance of 25% to hold the booking. We then confirm availability and contact you with the balance amount and payment details.
If your chosen date is not available, we will offer you an alternative date. If none suits you, the entire advance is refunded in full.

Some tickets and attraction entries are non-refundable from the moment they are issued.
Holiday packages
Package cancellations follow the terms of the airlines, hotels and operators involved, which vary by booking. Your specific cancellation terms are shared in writing before you pay and form part of your booking confirmation.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a confirmed booking for any reason within our control, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid us. We are not able to refund costs you have incurred separately, such as flights, visas or other issue.
Circumstances beyond anyone's control
Weather, strikes, government restrictions, flight cancellations and similar events are outside our control. In these cases we will do our best to reschedule and will pass on whatever refunds we receive to you. We cannot guarantee a full refund in these situations.
How to cancel
Email info@exoticvacationz.com with your booking name and date. A cancellation takes effect from when we receive it in writing, not from when you call.
When you get your money
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 25 to 35 working days of us confirming the cancellation. How quickly it appears after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
